This policy explains what personal data Zetavai ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to respond to you.

What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• Your company name and type of business, if you provide them
• Your message
• Your consent to this policy, with the date and time of your request
• How you found us: the page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), and your approximate country based on your internet connection

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a consultation
• To prepare for and follow up on that conversation, including a proposal if you ask for one
• To understand which channels bring us enquiries, in aggregate

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account and a notification is sent to our email inbox. Google may process this data on servers outside India. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how fast it loads. These tools do not use cookies and report only aggregated information, such as page views, referring websites, country and device type. They do not identify you personally.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of session information to remember how you arrived at the site, which is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a business relationship that requires us to keep records longer. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing zetavaiofficial@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before. Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU General Data Protection Regulation may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to submitted data is limited to the Zetavai team.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
